Jeannine A. Cook is a creative, a writer, and the proud new owner of Harriett’s Bookshop in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia. For the last 10 years she worked as a trusted creative writer for several startups, corporations, non-profits, and influencers. Jeannine is a Leeway Art & Transformation grantee and a winner of the South Philly Review Difference Maker Award. She recently returned from Nairobi, Kenya; Johannesburg, South Africa; and Birmingham, UK facilitating trainings on racism, colonialism, and imperialism with youth from 15 countries around the world. Jeannine is known for her "out of the box" approaches to organizing through guerrilla style creative writing.
