Carson Eckhard is a senior studying History and English at Penn. Passionate about voting and criminal justice reform, she also serves as the Vice President of Engagement for BARS, Penn’s criminal justice reform organization, and as a Board Member of the Terrance Lewis Liberation Foundation.
